& Neal, P.S.C. was founded in 1996 by the merger of two law offices.
At present, we have four attorneys and two offices. Our firm has office
locations in Richmond and Irvine Kentucky. Those cities are the seat of
their respective counties: Madison Co. & Estill Co. The diverse clients
of the firm include businesses and individuals engaged in manufacturing,
banking, finance, insurance, distribution, television and radio, transportation,
and real estate. We also represent all persons facing criminal charges,
suffering from serious personal injury and families dealing with the legal
issues that follow the wrongful death of a family member. Mr. Davis, a
partner in the firm is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocate
